Maison Westend

The “Maison Westend” project epitomizes sophisticated urban living with a distinctive Berlin flair. It is designed to reflect the traditional, parcelled, street-facing architecture typical of Berlin, following a closed construction method that seamlessly integrates with the existing historical structures on Reichsstraße. This development will enhance the character of this originally villa-colony-planned neighborhood, blending modernity with classical charm.

The building permit for 17,800 m² net area (26,320 m² GFA) above ground and 7,000 m² underground has been granted. The area will feature 256 residential units with living spaces ranging from 45 m² to 170 m² and 101 underground parking spaces. Construction began in the first quarter of 2024.

In 2022, the remarkable residential project “Schoenegarten” on Kurfürstenstraße in Berlin was successfully completed, and Skyflower Real Estate is proud to have significantly invested in this important development. The “Schönegarten” project, strategically located in the vibrant Tiergarten district of Berlin-Mitte, combines modern architecture with green living in a central urban setting.

“Schönegarten” represents a forward-thinking residential concept on an approximately 8,500 m² plot at Kurfürstenstraße 41-44. With a total gross floor area of over 28,500 m² above and below ground, the project offers 182 high-quality residential units, 86 parking spaces, and 7 commercial units across 14 modern buildings. The development features an attractive blend of urban living and extensive green spaces, providing a high quality of life in the heart of the city.

“Parkensemble Rudow” presents a pioneering residential concept on a 13,000 m² plot in Rudow, Berlin. With a planned gross floor area of 15,500 m², the project will encompass 140 high-quality apartments and 60 underground parking spaces. Particularly noteworthy are 4,500 m² of gross floor area dedicated to social housing, facilitating diverse living space configurations.

Located in a residential area characterized by private homes and abundant green spaces, the “Parkensemble Rudow” project enjoys excellent infrastructure connections and proximity to retail and service offerings, enhancing its appeal to future residents.

Currently in the planning phase, the project has acquired commercial use rights and is undergoing rezoning for residential purposes.
